How to Prep for the End of Your Lease

Vehicle leases are great because you get to get a new car every so often. Whether you have a lease that lasts for 36 months, 48 months, or another term, you need to know what to do when you’re getting close to the end.

Get your car cleaned up. Consider detailing it inside and out so that it looks its very best. If there are stains on the upholstery, work on getting them out.

It’s also a good idea to bring your vehicle in before the lease ends. If you’re over on your miles, consider bringing it in at least two months before lease-end so that there is more room for negotiation.

Visit us in Fort Wayne at Bob Thomas Ford Lincoln North today so that we can help you prepare for what will happen at the end of your lease.
